Having travelled with TCBC on several occasions to both the USA and Russia, we would never choose another tour operator. They offer value for money, a packed itinerary, expertise in planning the visit and the very best guides on location. It is their attention to detail and determination to make each visit the best ever which makes us return time after time. No other company I have experienced puts the same level of care into planning and supervising the visit. We love TCBC and can't wait to plan our next visits to the USA, Paris and Russia with them.

Updated December 2014

New regulations were introduced on 10th December 2014 requiring all UK citizens to provide biometric data (i.e. fingerprints) in person upon applying for a Russian visa. Practically we don’t know how this is going to work yet, it’s very early days and there may eventually even be an exemption for school groups (there isn’t at the moment, but we are fighting for it!).

So, although visa fees are included in our quotes (the group invitation, the consular fee, processing fee and full support in filling in the forms and applying for visas), you will now for the foreseeable future need to factor in the costs of visiting a visa centre. At the moment these are only in London and Edinburgh, but they have promised to open up additional centres around the country.

You will also need to plan well in advance to find the best time for your group to visit either London or Edinburgh. The visa centres are open Monday - Friday from 08.30 until 15:30. Currently it is not possible to make an appointment so the earlier you can arrive the better.

We will provide you with the latest information we have when we send out your quote.
